Undertow...

Timbaland ft. The Fray & Esthero - Undertow
Here goes another track off Timbaland's upcoming album, Shock Value 2,
which has been pushed back a week to a December 2nd release date. I'm
interested in hearing the rest of the many features on this album!

Upside Down...

Snoop Dogg ft. Nipsey Hussle & Problem - Upside Down
This track is off Snoop's upcoming album, Malice n Wonderland, which
hits stores December 8th! The music video has already been shot.

Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart (Remix)...

Alicia Keys ft. Maino - Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart (Remix)
Maino adds a few words of his own to Alicia Keys' second single off her
upcoming album, The Element Of Freedom, which hits stores December 15th!

Chris Brown & Rihanna To Debut Videos On Same Day

Chris Brown and Rihanna have each had tv interviews since their altercation. Most
famously, Rihanna's 20/20 interview w/ Diane Sawyer last Friday. Now, it's time
to let the music speak. Chris Brown's upcoming album, Graffiti, hits stores
December 8th and the flashy video for his first single, "I Can Transform Ya", has
already premiered. Rihanna's upcoming album, Rated R, hits stores November 23rd.

This Friday, the 13th, both Chris and Rihanna will be premiering videos for
their upcoming albums. Chris will appear on "The Wendy Williams Show" and
premier the video for his emotional second single, "Crawl", which will co-star
R&B singer Cassie. In primetime, on ABC's "20/20", Rihanna will debut the
video for her dark first single, "Russian Roulette", written by Ne-Yo.

On Point...

Lil Scrappy - On Point
Lil Scrappy's upcoming album, Tha Grustle, hits stores December
15th and includes features from Ludacris, Gucci Mane, Trey Songz,
and more! I'm not sure if this track will land on the album or not.

Drake Talks "Thank Me Later" w/ Rap-Up

How far along are you in the recording process?
I’m still in an early stage. This is my first album and it takes a lot for me to commit to a song and be like, “I like this enough that I’m gonna put it on the album.” Every artist will have their album list, like these are the songs I’m considering. It takes a lot for me to put a song onto that list. It’s gotta be a real great song. It’s gotta be something that I feel is timeless and is better than anything that I’ve ever done. Towards the end, you listen to it as a full body of work and start to appreciate certain songs that you may not have seen the vision for initially. I’m gettin’ there though. I’mma get it done. Next few months, it’ll be done.

Who have you worked with so far?
I haven’t really worked with that many people. I sat down with Pharrell for a couple days, but it was very, very early in the recording process, so I wasn’t sonically sure what I wanted. I’m about to sit with Timbaland. Kanye and me have a lot of work to do together, and then other than them, just [Noah "40" Shebib] and Boi-1da who did the majority of the mixtape [So Far Gone] with me.

There are reports that “Shut It Down,” featuring The-Dream and produced by 40, is the first single from the album. Is that true?
No, it’s not the first single. It deserves to be a single at some point, but it’s not the first single.

Have you selected a first single?
No, not yet. I have trouble doing that. I’d say I have about six songs done and to pick from just six is hard for me ’cause I don’t know what else is going to come. With So Far Gone, before “Best I Ever Had” became the single, the entire project was done and it just happened to be the most commercially viable, catchiest song. I like picking my singles like that. Now obviously my management hates that because that doesn’t give them much time to work it. But I’m a big believer that everything should happen organically and if it doesn’t then something’s not right, and I don’t really want to change my formula. Before I start working a single, I need to get about 10, 15, 20 songs done so I can pick from a batch of music as opposed to just committing to something right now.

Does the album have a release date?
Not right now, but I’m hoping for February.

Fed Up...

DJ Khaled ft. Usher, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, Drake, & Lil Wayne - Fed Up
Apparently, Lil Wayne is fed up, cuz he has just been added to this all-
star lineup for DJ Khaled's first single off his upcoming album, Victory,
which hits stores sometime in 2010! When this track originally dropped,
almost everyone, myself included, thought Wayne should've been featured.
Well, we got our wish! Khaled has another beast on his hands here!

Doorman...

The Clipse - Doorman (Prod. The Neptunes)
DJ Envy premiered this track today on the "New At 2" on Hot
97, and the NMC came through with the CDQ version! The
video was shot last week and premiers Monday. The Clipse's
upcoming album, Til The Casket Drops, hits stores December 8th!

Homecoming...

Young Buck - Homecoming
Here's a new track from Young Buck! Who knows when we'll see a
new album from him, since 50 Cent is technically still in control
of that. This dark, serious beat is produced by Real Talk.

Gucci Mane (No DJs)

Gucci Mane - Ice On Me (No DJ)

Gucci Mane - Goin' In (No DJ)

Gucci Mane - Hurry (No DJ)

These 3 tracks were on previous mixtapes, but here they are
without those annoying DJ drops! Gucci Mane's upcoming album,
The State vs. Radric Davis, hits stores DecemBURR 8th!

Omarion ft. Gucci Mane - I Get It In

Here's the video for the first single off Omarion's upcoming
album, Ollusion, which hits stores January 12th! If you didn't
already know, the original featured Lil Wayne, but after Omarion's
quick departure from Young Money, Wayne was replaced by Gucci.

Man's World...

50 Cent - Man's World
I don't know about you, but I'm happy with the material on Before I
Self Destruct
. I expected much worse. "Baby By Me" can't really
compare to "In Da Club" or "Candy Shop", but "Psycho" picks up the
slack. There are a couple tracks on the album that remind me of the
old 50. The album went on iTunes last night, and here's a bonus track.

Mad Love...

V.I.C. ft. Mario - Mad Love
From what I understand, V.I.C. is currently working on a new album, so
this track will probably end up landing on that. Mario was a great choice
for the feature, considering the success that he's currently enjoying.
